jl35 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a member's account at any time and without prior notice if jl35 reasonably determines that:

• The member is in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has been detected on the account;
• The member's account has been flagged in connection with money laundering or other illegal financial activity;
• The member is found to be under 21 years of age;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to jl35.

Upon account closure for breach, jl35 may, in its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus balances, bonus-derived winnings, or funds involved in the prohibited activity. Legitimately deposited funds in excess of any forfeitures will be returned to the member via the original payment method used, subject to the completion of any applicable AML verification.
